A Whole New Look

We have been very busy lately with ball season and two kids playing. Leann played softball again this year and loved it, but was glad to have a break when the season ended. Matthew on the other hand played baseball and dreads the season ending. Matthew is our team's catcher, and an awesome catcher at that (yes I know I am bias). I will publish another post later with ball pics of both kids. Back to what this post is all about. Last year Matthew made the Allstars team as the catcher and had a great time playing. Well, when it was time for Allstars picks this year we were not totally sure what to expect. However, Matthew made the Allstars team again this year! We are extremely proud of him. Last year the day before the Allstars tournament we had Matthew's number shaved into the back of his head. Matthew asked if we could shave his number in his head again this year, but later decided he wanted to change it up a little. So, we went this morning and got a special Allstars haircut.

Before: He was so excited!

After: Yes he has a mohawk and yes his number which is 10 is shaved into either side of his head.

If you cannot tell he LOVES IT!!!!!

He likes the idea of when he jerks his catcher's helmet off he will have a funky haircut showing. Good luck to the West Stanly Nationals!!!!!

  1. I showed the boys the pics of M's new haircut. G was like "Is that, Matthew?" LOL! I didn't think he looked that different. Now, you just need to color it green for All-Stars! He's too cute!

  2. Brandy, we thought about coloring it green but I am afraid it will stain his catchers helmet. He loves his mohawk. He told me earlier today that he cannot wait for Graham to see it. That is funny about G asking if it was Matthew.

  3. So cute!!! P.S. The spray on hair color will stain hats, we have made that mistake before.
